Where are you from?
Fey came from a faraway land called Indonesia, and travelled all alone to Singapore to find her untapped artist potential.
What do you like doing for fun?
In her spare time, Fey likes to look at and observe drawings from amazing fellow artists online and offline, through various mediums such as social media, physical books, and graphic novels. Then, if she has even more time, she tries her best to draw as well as those artists. Once she’s tired of doing that, she’ll listen to music, read novels, and contemplate life.
How did you get started?
Fey grew up drawing everything she liked about the world, with a particular emphasis on stories — Characters that have unique chemistry with each other, plot lines that expand her worldview, key morals shared from their adventures, etc. This has become an integral part of her life, that every day her main desire is to draw. Just to get her curiosity, imagination, and wonder out of her system.
What kind of art do you do/like?
Fey loves illustrations and animations. She thinks that these are the best storytelling devices that humankind has developed. Fey grew up reading a lot of manga and watching animation memes on youtube. These two mediums played a very important part in her growth and understanding of the world. But, nowadays with the demands of the industry, she has been forced to learn graphic design, and the medium has grown on her as well.
