Just beginning her artistic journey, Faithe (@have_faithe) gets inspiration from good books and the world around her. She prefers tactile forms of art that help her feel more connected to what she creates.

What do you like doing for fun?
Faithe enjoys reading all kinds of books, especially picture books or graphic novels, with the exception of comic books. She likes a cozy day at a cafe, reading her books. Faithe also enjoys nature and going on hikes along nature trails to ease her mind and get inspiration for her next art project. She finds nature to be very relaxing and therapeutic, plus you get to exercise! Faithe also take pictures of everything she see that inspires me, especially during these walks.
How did you get started?
Faithe only got started with arts recently during CREA, which is the creative arts ministry of CRU. This helped open her eyes to what God can do with art.
What kind of art do you do/like?
Even though Faithe is just starting out as an artist, she likes scrapbooking or any art that feels tangible. Using photoshop and illustrator is cool, but she likes the feel of the texture of paper in her hands. It makes her feel more grounded in her work than if she were to use a software.
